RELAX - The Best of Soul Hip-Hop
RELAX est un groupe hollandais de soul hip-hop que j'ai découvert au festival "Les 3 Eléphants" (dans le 53) en 2004 (où ils ont vendu tous leurs albums avant la fin du concert). Depuis ils ont joué en showcase dans une boîte qui s'appelle "la scène" à Paris, et en juillet 2005 au festival "Jazz à Vienne".

C'est malheureusement un groupe qui se fait rare en France.

Ils ont sorti leur deuxième album (largement meilleur que le premier car réellement plus soul) qui s'intitule "Odeur de clochard" et que vous pouvez acheter à pas trop cher ici: amazon.fr

Etant en pleine régression, je retombe dans les tubes des années 90.
Ah, la dance!

Tout a commencé lorsque j'ai vu une performance de Aqua à l'eurovision 2001.
Une performance qui met en valeur le double sens de la chanson "Barbie Girl" (un des plus gros tubes de ces années là!) qui n'est pas une chanson si innocente que ça, et dont les paroles méritent d'être relues.

Anyway I can try anything it's the same circle leading to nowhere, and I'm tired now.
Anyway I've lost my face, my dignity, my look, everything is gone, and i'm tired now.
Don't be scared, I've found a good job and I go to work

La musique est un art vivant dont la vraie place est sur scène.
Je lancerais ce message: téléchargez, découvrez... mais surtout déplacez vous dans les concerts voir vos artistes préférés.

PIX' ART
Les courts métrages de Pixar sont particulièrement excellents et ils sont tous visibles sur le site officiel de PIXAR. Mon préféré reste "Luxo Jr."
